PHYSIOTHERAPY • Back Range Motion

The Back Range-Of-Motion (BROM)
CAT# 105
For the measurement of flexion extension, rotation, lateral flexion and pelvic tilt. This unit establishes standard references for future comparisons. This is made possible by the unit having accurate and objective readings with hip substitution eliminated. The improved feedback to patients provides motivation to pursue treatment.
• The design of this special rotation/lateral flexion unit eliminates tracking errors that occur with ordinary inclinometers.
• Flexion/extension location errors are further eliminated since
modified inclinometers do not need to be moved during measurement.
• The unit continually compensates for unwanted pelvic movement.
• The flexion/extension arm is calibrated to assure that the identical
segment of spine is measured in the future.

Cervical Range-Of-Motion (CROM)
CAT# 110
For the measurement of suboccipital flexion/extension and cervical flexion/extension, lateral flexion and rotation plus forward head.
This innovative instrument features:
• Easily repeated measurements by the same or second user.
• Magnetic yoke for accurate repeatable rotation measurements and
elimination of  shoulder substitution.
• Fluid damped meters allowing quick, accurate measurements.
• Accurate forward head measurements using the seventh cervical
vertebra as a landmark.
• Objective feedback to patient resulting in improved motivation to
continue the treatment process.
• Standardised reference measurements for future comparisons.
• Objective data for evaluating selected treatment protocol.
• Accurate and quicker readings means easier and better patient
management.
